"We have recently commenced alterations on our property at Lake Kaniere, Hokitika and we have chosen to use Simpson Residential as our preferred builder. We live in Christchurch and so we thought the build may be a bit difficult with communication, viewing and decision making etc. This was until Hayden introduced us to his project management system.
This system has certainly made things a lot easier and is a very straight forward system to use. Everything you need is on the one site, you can even interact with the subcontractors and involve them in the conversation stream, so everyone is on the same wave length.
Photos, materials and schedules, they are all there for you to view and comment on. Choosing all the bathroom fittings was so simple, we just posted them on the site for all to view.
All in all I would say that the Co Construct system has taken the stress out of the build and made things far easier than we had expected."
